Heavy Hitter 85 MX Fork Conversion Kit

The Heavy Hitter 85 MX Fork Conversion Kit is a CNC-machined cup kit that enables a plug-and-play install of a KTM 85 complete front end on the Sur Ron LBX, Segway X160/X260, and Talaria Sting. It provides the correct triple clamp spacing and bearing fitment to replace the stock mountain bike-derived front end with proven MX fork capability.

NOTE: A complete KTM 85 MX front end is required and sold separately (typically $799–$2,599). A complete front end includes fork tubes, triple clamps, front braking system, front wheel (19" recommended), front axle, and MX-style handlebars. Air forks (2018+ models) are recommended over dual-cartridge spring forks for weight savings. For KTM air forks: check clearances on the bottom for the 2 posts on the triple clamp where the fender bolts in — slight shaving may be needed depending on year and brand of triple clamp.

Pre-pressed bearing races simplify installation.
